About the role
Teyon charges a share of what it saves, so the savings report is the product's most important artifact. You will lead technical evaluations with ML infrastructure teams, run pilots on one workload at a time, measure recovered compute against their baseline, and write the playbook that lets the next customer onboard without you.
What you will do
- Lead technical evaluations with heads of ML infrastructure and platform teams
- Scope and run pilots: one workload, measured overhead, measured savings
- Build the monthly savings report and the methodology behind it
- Write the deployment and evaluation playbook
- Relay customer requirements to engineering with evidence
What we are looking for
- Customer-facing engineering experience in infrastructure or developer tools
- Hands-on with GPU clusters and distributed training
- Able to read code and reproduce customer issues yourself
- Clear, concise writing

- Experience in an early-stage startup
- Background in reliability, observability, or performance engineering
